Who we are

What we collect
- What you type into the contact form: your name, work email, company, the services you ticked and your message.
- Emails you send us, and our replies.
- Basic server logs kept by our hosting provider, such as IP address and the pages requested.
We don't buy contact lists, and we don't collect anything about you from other sources.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, prepare for a call you asked for, and keep a record of our conversation.
We won't add you to a mailing list because you filled in the form.
Who sees it
The Nimblebase team, and the services we use to run the site, the contact form and our email. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
If we don't end up working together, we delete your enquiry after 12 months. If we do, the records are kept for as long as the law requires for business records.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@nimblebasehq.com or call +1 (814) 801-3627, and we'll act on it within 30 days.
Information in client projects
When we work for a client, any personal data in their systems is handled under our contract with that client, and this page doesn't cover it.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
