Plan on Monday, ship on Friday, every week.
You see finished work every week, so a wrong turn costs you days.
The week
Monday
Plan
Bring whatever changed since last week: a new priority, a number that moved, feedback from your team. The plan bends to fit it. The paragraph we write goes in the shared channel, so nobody has to remember what was agreed.
Tuesday to Thursday
Build
No standing meetings. Updates are a few lines in the shared channel when something is worth seeing. If we hit a decision only you can make, we ask straight away with the options laid out.
Friday
Ship
Live means real: a campaign spending, a page taking traffic, a build on a staging link, an automation handling real cases. If a week only produces a slide, we count that as a missed Friday.
The Friday note
One page, every week, written by the person who did the work. It has three parts.
What went live
Links to the real thing: the campaign, the page, the staging build, the working automation.
What we learned
Numbers where we have them, and a plain account of anything that went wrong.
What's next
Our suggestion for next week's Friday. You can change it on Monday.
Four rules we keep
You talk to the people doing the work.
There's no account manager relaying messages. Questions get answered the same day by the person who knows the answer.
Everything sits in your accounts.
Ad accounts, repositories, cloud hosting, documents. If we part ways, you keep all of it without asking.
Scope is written in one paragraph.
Each Monday we write down what ships on Friday. If it won't fit in a paragraph, it won't fit in a week.
We say when we're the wrong team.
Some jobs need a specialist we don't have. You'll hear that from us before you pay for it.
Start with two weeks.
A sprint is one problem, fixed scope and fixed price. Longer projects and a monthly team are there when you want them.
See the three ways to startTell us what's stuck. We'll tell you what we'd ship first.
No deck and no pitch. Bring the problem and we'll work through it with you.
