Nimblebase is a handful of senior people who do the work themselves. We stay small so the person you meet on the first call is still the person you're working with in month six.
Why we work this way
We don't put a handoff between you and the work. The marketer, the AI engineer and the developer sit in the same Monday call with you, and whoever builds the thing is the one who explains it on Friday.
Every handoff is a place where your idea gets summarised and loses something. With none in the way, what you said on Monday is what gets built.
Staying small also means we cap how many companies we take on. When the team is full, we'll say so and give you a date.
What we hold ourselves to
Show the work every week.
A Friday with nothing to show is a problem we raise ourselves, before you have to.
Say the awkward thing early.
If an idea won't pay back, or we're the wrong team for it, you hear that in the first conversation.
Build it in your accounts.
You should be able to stop working with us tomorrow and lose nothing.
Write it down.
Scope, decisions and handover notes are written in plain words, so the work survives a change of people on either side.
